Use this form to nominate a lawyer or migration agent who provides safe, respectful, and stigma‑sensitive services to people living with blood‑borne viruses.
You can nominate someone if you:
Have lived experience* of HIV, hepatitis B and/or hepatitis C, and/or
Work in a community health or other organisation that supports people affected by blood-borne viruses, and/or
Are a legal or migration professional.
‘Lived experience’ is considered broadly, and includes people currently living with a blood-borne virus, people who have lived with a blood-borne virus in the past, and carers, close family members or friends supporting people living with or affected by blood-borne viruses.
